How paying, changing and cancelling work, in plain words.
Your billing page
Your billing page opens when online signup opens. Until then, email us with any billing question.
On your billing page you can update your card, see your invoices and cancel.
How you pay
Monthly, in advance, by card. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number. Stripe emails you a receipt each month.
If a payment fails
Stripe tries again over the following days and emails you. Your site stays online while you update your card.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from your billing page. Your site stays online until the end of the month you've paid for, and then we take it down. Your domain stays yours, and we can send you a copy of your site's files. There's no cancellation fee.
Changing plans
Email support@sites.digit.software and we'll move you to the plan that fits.
