We build your Instant website using the business details you provide, then email you when your preview is ready. For Starter we aim for 2–4 business days and for Growth 4–7, once we have your information. These are estimates, not guarantees: timing can vary with workload, revisions and domain setup.

No. We handle the design, the hosting, the security certificate and the updates. You answer our questions and approve the result.

Absolutely. Every plan, including Instant, gets a private preview, and nothing goes live without your approval. Instant includes corrections to your details; Starter includes 2 rounds of changes and Growth includes 3.

Just email us. Growth includes up to 3 change requests a month. On every plan we fix anything that isn't working, free. For other changes on Instant or Starter, add Monthly Content Updates or we'll give you a price before doing any work.

Yes. Every site is designed for phones first, and calling you takes one tap from any page.

Yes, and we'd love to. If you don't have photos, we can use licensed stock photos as illustration, credited on your site and never presented as your team or your work.

We set up the basics search engines read: page titles, descriptions, your business details and a sitemap. Nobody can honestly promise you a ranking, and we won't.

Yes. If your customers have written genuine reviews, we can add them to your website with your permission (and theirs, where needed). We never write or invent reviews or testimonials.

Everything you send together counts as one round, however many items it lists. Correcting a detail you gave us (a phone number, hours, a spelling) and fixing anything we got wrong never use a round.

Yes. Instant lets you pick one of our professional templates and add your logo and brand color. Starter and Growth let you choose a design direction (from elegant to bold to playful) or leave it to us, plus colors you love or want to avoid.

No website setup fee and no long-term commitment. Just simple monthly pricing, with optional extras priced up front.

You can cancel from your billing page. Your website stays online through the end of your paid billing period, and your domain remains yours. Ask us about available website file export options.

Yes, on Starter and Growth. We send you the exact change to make at your registrar and connect it on our side once it's in. Instant websites use a free yourbusiness.digit.software address instead.

No problem. Instant gives you a yourbusiness.digit.software address. On Starter or Growth you can register a domain in your name (usually $10-$25 a year, paid to the registrar), or add Domain Management for $5 a month and we help you choose and register it in your name and remind you before it renews.
